Me hillIf you are looking for fun, short but effective ways to get yourself into shape, then you have come to the right place.

I am a qualified Gym Instructor and hope to soon become a qualified Personal Trainer. Although I'm not a qulified PT yet, I have vast knowledge of health & fitness through studying, talking to others and being a lab rat for various diets and workout techniques.

There are no fad diets on here, no strict calorie counting and you don't have to starve yourself. It's all about eating the right foods, at the right time. Take a look at Nutrition on the menu tab to get an idea on where to start with your nutrition goals.
